If more/less than value then...

Ok, let me try to explain:

I have one pot that i move. When ever i move the pot i want to modulate another paramater not connected to the pot.... Ah - gosh this is har dto explain.

Imagine i move one pot that controls a certain paramter, whenever i move that pot i want another paramater to ramp up and settle down after a second or 2.

Imagine i turn a filter knob, which has an osc going through it. Whenever i turn the filter knob i want the Freq og the osc to ramp up (to a certain predefined value) over say, 1 sec and go back to its original freq again.

Basically im thinking of something like this:
Value of filter freq pot out - into a sample/hold that samples every 10th of second (or whatever).
Sample/hold value out into comparator. If value is different than it was a 10th of a second ago= start ADSR that ramps up the freq of the osc.
The logic i think works, but how do i do it in reaktor? I cant seem to get the S/H part working. How would you do this?
