ILLEGAL TRANSITION AND OTHER ISSUES

For 7 days I've been trying to buy from NI, 1 product!! Every time I tried has failed! I've been on the chat with support and as of this morning I'm still unable to purchase anything. First it'll say I have the zip code, city or state is matching. Then it'll take all the information and let you continue including taking payment information. After hitting submit I get a screen that says that NI is waiting on confirmation and will send me an email. Check my bank and the funds are pending. So I try to purchase again and the product is still in my cart. So I tried to purchase that product again and now I get an ILLEGAL TRANSITION error. What is going on with the system??

 

Sounds more like a denial of payment from your bank.

 

I hope that’s the case… but I’ve used my card to buy all this week. From multiple vendors over the last 3 weeks. Just bought Korg Classic 3 yesterday.

 

Yes but sometimes a certain location can trigger a block on the card, I have had it happen myself but I almost always use PayPal for anything online which should avoid this issue and also offer better buyer protection. If the funds have been put in "pending" then that's a hold from the bank, give them a call and state you want to approve payments to that account.

 

I have also experienced problem with address when buying using a card. Do not remember what was the problem. I tried many combinations using capital and ordinary letters or all capitals, special alfabeth letters or just english ones, the both house numbers or just one of them (we use two different numbering schemes....), name of town in my language or in english....
And one of 16 combinations has worked...

 

Yeah, credit cards are often restricted for purchases in other countries for security reasons. To fix this, log into your bank account, and go to "credit card", and make sure there is not any "regional" settings blocking your purchase. At least thats how i fixed a similar problem in the past...
