iMaschine iPAD?

iPad version coming?

i'm not touching it until they make an iPad version. I'm keeping my iphone for phone and email. this kinda stuff is what i got an ipad for.

I wish people would at least LOOK AT IT ON IPAD FIRST, before making this bold statement. Sure, we all want an optimized iPad version, but people need to get that it works fine and doesn't look bad at all in 2x mode for the meantime.

i've had it and have been running it on ipad since day1.

looking forward to bug fixes and it would be great if we could see a fully featured iPad version.

right on man, I wiped my tears! there was a lot of people who pre-damned even trying it on iPad when it was not released as Universal. I would be surprised if it's not addressed in the next 6-9 months, either a universal version or separate enhanced iPad version. I'm just guessing of course.

Actually on the iPad it doesn't look pad at all but as someone who makes Apps for a living, they certainly could make an iPad optimized version without too much effort at all.

ipad works just as well as ipod/iphone, i just wish they put in scene mode and the ability to mute individual sounds

@dude above me, really iMaschine is my favorite musical sketch tool.

i really like the synth's on the animoog too though. i got rebirth but dont use it.

THE BIGGEST REASON WE NEED AN iPAD VERSION

that stupid 2x / 1x button man, i alwaaaays accidentally hit it while im tryna record a little pattern or some chords.

really they could leave the app otherwise unoptimized for the ipad and i'd be thrilled to get that little button gone.

 

Yeah an iPad optimized version would be awesome but honeslty I'd pay another $59 for swagg city for the PC!

 

@aaron i feel you, i just never had that problem before... but the problem i do have is i find myself making a ton of beats that are short loops that i wish i could arrange in a song mode before i even hit the studio.... i think it would be fun, to be able to arrange a song, using touch capabilities like drag and drop scenes in place... i don't know, just wishful thinking i guess

 

The ipad app should be set up exactly as the actual controller is but sounds should be accessed from a cloud based server. That would be the next level for Native Instruments. Cloud based music production. Get with it or get passed up!

 

agreed @ phyia being able to sequence / compose by touch would be awesome. to NI's credit, i never considered buying Maschine until i discovered iMaschine. good upsell.

 

The only issue I have running it on the iPad is that when I'm playing it, I sometimes bump the icon and it shrinks down to 1x size.

 

I think thats the idea behind the app.

I too ran out and bought a Mikro after playing with it.

However a "smidge" more power would be good

And yes make Swagg City available to the full version please!

it happens a lot to me too. i would also like to use it with ipad original cover horizontaly. please NI do this few things ASAP so we could really enjoy to making music on ipad!

comm on. i use it from the day it came out. and i enjoy it! but its time to upgrade it for ipad. thats why i bought an ipad too!
