iMaschine packs on Maschine?

    does anyone know how much is in these 'compact' versions of the expansions that are available on iMaschine?

    I think you can load your saved projects into Maschine so i was just thinking that for 69p (or a dollar) they might be quite good as a demo for the larger expansions, and i might be able to get a few new instruments and samples to play with on the proper version, and might be tempted to get the full pack.

    think of it like a cheap taster/demo. anyone tried it?

    Yes I have all the imaschine packs and have done that. Works fine although is limited. Does give you a basic idea of the sounds. Nothing like the real expansion packs for maschine.

    You need an ipod touch/phone to download them correct? I want to hear that swagg city expansion but it's only imaschine version.

    Yes, you are correct, you do need an iOS device to get iMaschine, and the additional packs are made though an in-app purchase.
