I know this mentions the iMPC, dont kill me yet!

I bought it, and yeah its pretty rubbish. Beatmaker2 whups it comprehensively really as far as features and workflow goes. But some of the factory sounds are nice.

So, using an an app called iFile I browsed to the iMPC installation folder and found all the samples, then copied them to my main desktop over wifi.

= Instant new maschine (or beatmaker) expansion for £5 :)

Now I can uninstall iMPC and use some proper tools... ;-)

Have you downloaded and tried it yet?

Akai haven't done many things right recently and I was kind of hoping this was a little stroke of genius from them - something that could help you improve your beatmaking pad hitting skills.

This is the kind of app that NI could've done with Jeremy Ellis, with him giving tutorials before each level. Man, that'd have been killer!

The concept of this app is not what sucks, just like the pads on the impc app don't suck, it's everything else about it and the lack of priorities by the developers involved that suck. Of course I'm aware that we are used to a little priority tazing round these parts as well so it probably won't be of any consequence to anyone.

Did they fix the audio export bug with this update?
