Important Info on why your not seeing your presets in 1.7

thanks Fam, great explanation. As a recent Komplete 7 purchaser, I feel better now I will eventually upgrade to Komplete 8, just not right now.lol

 

Joe, thanks for this, it solved one of my problems. But no one can seem to solve a problem I have when trying to load presents. When I click a preset, I get the error message "error loading" preset. I click ok and then the plugin loads but without any preset. I'm on 64bit pc running 32bit maschine. I've scanned everything and had already opened up my updated plugins outside of maschine before opening them inside. Have you seen this error before? Heres a pic of the error I get.

In the "Libraries" section of Preferences, there is no "add" button. Am I correct to conclude that these paths are added automatically during installation, and that if the only file path I have in the section is the "Maschine Library" path, then that's all the NI presets I can work with until I do any updates for NI individual instruments or an upgrade to 8? Thanks. The video helped a lot.
