    Hi,

    I'm following the instructions in Native Instruments video; How to Transfer the TRAKTOR Collection, Playlists and Settings from one Computer to Another -

    In my case, I'm transferring from PC to Mac, to create a duplicate Traktor profile (one to prep, one to travel with) sharing the same iTunes library on each. Trouble is, every time i try importing the collection.nml file to the Mac version of Traktor, nothing happens... it simply shows the importing box and does nothing for ages. My collection file isn't enormous (1.2MB in fact) and I've left is up to 3 days and it just does nothing... apart from driving me mad..

    Anyone come across a similar issue or have any advice.

    Cheers, Stuart

    I'm having the exact same problem!! I'm transferring from my MacBook to a new Windows 10 21 inch touchscreen. I've followed the instruction to the letter yet it just hangs, and I can't find any solution.
    If a MOD is available could you help or point us in the right direction please..

    I had this issue when moving to a new Macbook Pro over the holidays. I even let it sit overnight. Then I reread the tutorial and it said to use a "backup" of the collection, so I went to the backup folder in documents and pointed it to the most recent collection backup and it worked perfectly. Give it a try.

    I eventual raised a ticket and this was the resonance from NI;

    Please close down Traktor and open the folder Documents -> Native Instruments ->
    Traktor 2.10 on your MAC

    In there you will see a file called Collection.NML - please rename it to eg.
    Colletionold.NML.

    Then you select collection.nml from your PC and drop it into the Documents ->
    Native Instruments -> Traktor 2.10 folder on the MAC.

    I can confirm that it worked a treat and solved my problem.
