Importing tracks via iTunes

I like using iTunes to catagorise my music, so feel this is probably the best way to keep storing my music now that i'm gonna be using Traktor..

Is it possible to select specific tracks or specific groups of tracks via iTunes.. ie. I imported my whole collection, but some days later i have new tracks in iTunes that i want to import.. Will Traktor allow me to select just the new tracks i wish to import or do i need to have them in an iTunes playlist to do this? Or will Traktor automatically know which tracks are new and are not already in it's collection?
