Improve visual feedback

    i was thinking about what more information can show the maschine hardware.
    here are some ideas that can be improved, and -i think- they are easy to implement:

    1: blink actual scene/pattern pad light
    2: in grid (step tempo), blink the selected tempo pad light to the selected tempo.
    3: improve internal/NI plugins to show useful visual feedback in maschine diaplay.
