Improvements for next controller

1) Rev button to change direction of playing
2) EQ - better sounding + 4 band EQ
3) Kill/Unkill EQ buttons (or with push on the knobs, like gain set to 0)
4) LED improvement - red, yellow, green
5) Button next to tempofaders, to change tempo from +-4%, +-8%, +-16%, +-100%
6) Jog mode button - Vinyl, FX, and other modes.
7) The gain knob push - Set gain to 0, to some value, or to Autogain Value, depending on option in the settings.
8) Split Default Mapping on parts - just LED, just faders, just knobs and so on..
so we can delete whatever we don't like
9) Stop button to stop like Technics SL-1210
10) Crossfader modes + buttons to change the units on the left and right
11) SHIFT + something to change the LED MODE, i.e. the (1) and (2) fx indicators to show something else
