In 1.1 version, effect advance channel 2 doesn't work

    My effect advance channel 2 doesn't work, anyone know which is the cause?

    Need more details; what do you mean it doesn't work? What are your settings in Preferences?

    The botton are disable, and i can't use the effect.
    in preferences i have the advance control, and with the last version i didn't have this problem

    Have you tried setting it to chained and back? Can you select any effects? Can you click the buttons and move the faders but don't hear anything? Have you tried using mouse/trackpad? Can you paste a screenshot?

    Give us something to work with here!

    i can select the effect, the button and the fader are black, and i can't use because they are hide

    I've tryed to turn at chained and returt to advance, but it's the same...even with chained i can't work whit this effect

    Hmm, same here.
    I also have black buttons and I'm not able to use the
    advanced panel.
    First, I thought I have to set something special or so.
    Maybe they changed the behaviour for the advanced slot.
    For me, slot 1 in chained mode works, slot 2 seems to be total disabled. If I change the effect and show values they are zero.
    Everything else works flawless and I'm pretty satisfied with
    TSP 1.1 It really rocks.
    So if someone got the solution or workaround for the issue with the Advanced slot I would really appreciate.

    I've solved the problem
    I've uninstalled traktor, and I've reinstalled traktor and the problem is delected...:)

    Well done. Seemed like a weird problem. So a full uninstall and reinstall maybe the way forward.

    but what happaned with your track collection if you completle unsitalled it. Then during installation do I have to provide again serial number?

    yes, you have to provide again the serial number, but it isn't a problem.

    for the collection it's not a problem, because the folder of setting (the native instrument folder in documents), doesn't delete, and you're preferenced are save...;)

    also, you can copy this folder, and if the uninstallation cause delection of this, you have a backup of your saved preferences

    You can find your Serial Number in the Support Section on the Website.
    You need to Login.
