incorrect beatgrid in b2b recording

    I have been doing a b2b mix with a friend (in another country) whereby we tag some songs on th end of our mix and then send it over to the other person, they do the same and send it back to keep going. however, traktor analyses this at 128bpm and sets the beatgrid, but the last track is 125bpm. i cant reset the grid at 125 as traktor will slow the whole recording down, but equally the grid is all off - making it challenging to mix with. Is this normal? does anyone have a suggestion pls? thankyou
