Now that I bought Absynth I can give couple suggestions. If these can be done now I like to know how.

1 Input volume as control. With this I could use Absynth before GuitarRig giving some nice effects to my guitar. Would work with vocals and other not too compressed instruments.

2 Mirrored loop section in envelopes. This could be function that makes mirror copy of loop section or loop section could be editet if there was mirror in half point of loop section. This would give nice back and forth effect. It would be nice if both sections of loop could be edited separetaly after mirroring.

    Hi,

    answers to your questions:

    1) use the 'Audio Mod' for that. it's on the last tab of the 'performance' view.

    2) if i inderstand you correctly, you would like to see the audio waveform in the envelope. you can use a 'sample jump' envelope for that. that only works when an oscillator is in 'sample' mode.

    best,

    Thanks for answers.

    1) That seem to be almost what I was looking for. I still prefer envelope control like velocity has but I might get what I want from that.

    2) Actually I wanted to have back/forward like looping with little more control in envelope. My idea was to make mirrored copy of looping section after looping section. Or have looping section in two parts with second part being mirror image of first part.

EDIT: After some trial and error I think I learned how to do first one with current functionality. If I got it correct I can make Audio Mod and envelope to control parameter and Audio Mod controls the level in which envelope works.

No, Audio Mod can act as a TRIGGER for envelopes, but can't define the level of the envelope. You could however create two envelopes for the same parameter, one set to 'control driven', and the other in any other mode than that. the 'control driven' envelope can set the RANGE while the other defines HOW it modulates the selected parameter. Now trigger the last mentioned envelope with an 'audio mod', and control the depth of the second envelope modulation with a macro control assigned to the 'control driven' envelope.
