I have had a quick read of this and I would like to know how can I save this disk? after installing one NI has been activated and somewhere in the future the disks get damage can I download it again from the NI site?-this is just for my own knowledge!
I recently installed Cubase 8.5 in my D drive so if I install complete 10 in Cubase VSTI folder will will Cubase recognize it?
can I install Ultimate 10 in any drive? or does it have to be in C drive? when I will install in my PC will these software work from my disk or from the NI disk?

The K10-Utlimate USB-drive is only intended to be used as install medium (like a CD or DVD).
You can install or move the libraries (which take up most of the disk space) to a second or external drive.

More info can be found in the link which DJ-K-TAMPA-78 already posted above: http://www.native-instruments.com/e...-libraries-on-an-external-hard-drive-windows/

And here (if you want to move already installed libraries at a later time): http://www.native-instruments.com/e...ibraries-to-another-location-on-the-computer/
