install disks corrupt - great service

    After reading a bit on the forum here I almost started to believe that sending a mail to tech support about my corrupt Komplete5 installation-disks would basically be useless...

    Still, I wrote down my complaints. Next day I got mail from sales support, offering apologies for the failure and asking for my shipping address. -> Within one week the package with a new set of dvd's had arrived!

    Thought I'd write this down here in between all the bad news as a cheer up for other buyers of bad disks: it sucks, but they'll probably be replaced soon!:D
