Install issue with Bandstand

I just got Bandstand from musiciansfriend.com (DVD) and am trying to install it on my laptop. The laptop won't read the DVD although when I put in a CD it reads that fine. Anyone else have this problem? And, since I can't read the DVD is there a product download site? I've tried uploading the DVD contents from a different PC, copying that to a shared drive and installing on my laptop from a shared drive but that doesn't work either. The install app says it can't copy one of the .wav files and terminates the install.

 

Issue resolved. I copied the Bandstand folder from my shared drive onto my laptop and installed from there. Install completed without a hitch. But man is the registration process a pain. Never had to download and install another product just to register a product. I hope using this thing isn't as difficult.

 

Service Center is pretty easy to use and will manage all your Native Instruments products. (I have dozens, so it definitely makes life a LOT easier!)
