Installation error and serial activation issue

    Hi there,

    I recently bought a Numark Mixtrack Pro that came with Traktor LE.

    When I tried installing Traktor, using the installation disc, I kept getting a 'could not access network location /Native Instruments...' installation error.

    Any suggestions? I'm running Windows 7 (64).

    Anyway, I then downloaded and successfully installed the demo version of Traktor.
    However, when I try to register my serial key, I get an 'invalid key' error.

    I'm assuming this is because it is a key for Traktor LE and not forl Traktor 2 LE.
    Obviously, I immediately filled in the Registration Support Form, but got no response (it has been two weeks).

    Where can I download a WORKING installation of Traktor LE (not Traktor 2) from?
    Is there another way to register my key?

    Any suggestions are most appreciated.
