Installation Preview library

    Hello,
    I'm triying to download and installe at serval times native browser preview Library via native Access for few days now, but the installation failed each time... all the other library and soft have been installed without any problems.... even by using the installer in the package it's crashing...if someone have a solution...??

    Please check in the download location you set up in Native Access if there are no temporary files or installers for our products that might block the installation. If that doesn't help, please contact my colleagues here :

    Ok thanks and when i just try to realocat it, with the right path it dosen't take it and stay red :/

    All the 9Go of file are there but it don't see them, and no way to just re instal it :/

    Try renaming the folder “NBPL” to “Previews”, and the RELOCATE button here should work or NA will recognize it.

    I also notice that you have “Maschine 2 Library” folder installed for your Maschine 2 software.

    There’s nothing to do now, but in case you relocate your whole NI content libraries to another location in the future, you need to rename that folder to “Maschine 2 Factory Library” if you encounter the same issue as Previews.
