INSTALLING - FM7 Sounds Volume 1

    HELLO -- EVERYONE --

    Yesterday (03-10-2004), I purchased FM7 and installed the program.

    I registered it and then I attempted to install the FM7 sounds volume 1, which was on CD # 2.

    However the installation process was halted by a pop box which said that the serial number entered was incorrect.

    The serial number that was entered was correct, since there was only one serial number which accompanied the package.

    The serial number that was present was used to install the FM7 program, but it does not work with the Sounds Volume 1 CD.

    *** I am wondering if I have done anything wrong that I need to get help with. ***

    Please reply -- I am sure your suggestions will shed light on the difficulty at hand.

    You will probably have to contact NI support to get a number for the sounds. It shouldn't be a problem. I think I had to do the same thing.

    Hello

    I have sent 10 messages to tech support, and I have made over 12 calls to tech support. I have not heard any response from anyone at NI regarding the serial number for FM7 Sounds Volume 1. I purhcased FM7 earlier this week, the program installation was easy, however the FM7 Sounds Volume 1 CD, was not accompanied by a serial key.

    Could someone suggest a good way to get help with this difficulty?

    I am happy to say that a NI customer support representative has contacted to me, and the serial key issue has been resolved.
