    Sometimes it takes a while - send a reply to the acknowledgement e-mail.

    From what you have said, the Serial Number is for an upgrade etc and therefore Authorization needs to find the qualifying product in your NI Account.

    I have read of cases of upgrade etc Serial Numbers being issues mistakenly with full products. In those cases, after receiving suitable proof form the user, NI has recategorised the Serial Number to allow Authorization to complete.

    When I was having a problem, I opened a ticket and got no response for 5-6 days, so I opened a second ticket. They responded to the second one
