Instruments in Browser are Doubled

I recently bought a Maschine Mikro and installed the main disc and the additional Komplete Elements disc. After doing so, every instrument in the Mikro's browser window is doubled (two listings). When I navigate to the folder containing the instruments on my hard drive, I only see one listing. Is there some other folder that they might be pointing to, or is there any way to refresh the library so only one listing per instrument displays?

 

Go to your file menu and choose preferences. Go to library and rescan. Go to user locations and rescan. Also check that there are no duplicate location paths in libraries.

 

Rescanned the library, same result. Only one path is entered for my library.

 

What version of Maschine are you running? Try downloading 1.72 from service center if you are not already on that. Also update Kontakt player and Reaktor player to the latest.

After updating, run Kontakt player and Reaktor in stand alone first. Then launch Maschine stand alone. You have to launch the instruments by themselves first for the browser to act right.

If none of this works then contact tech support (<--to the left) and give all your system details.

 

this happened to me too when i first ran and updated maschine ..wht i did ws trash my pref file then rescnned and it ent ok after that.
