    While we idly fantasize about getting answers (so that we can get started providing our own tech support)...

    I am hoping for world peace, a beautiful girl, and a box of gold bars.

    I should ask for a cure for stupidity while I'm at it, huh? Ummm, not for myself.

    Okay, maybe a little. :S

    Well, I was inquiring about a product I might want to buy. It did not seem logical to get referred to a knowledge base that is not there yet and will be useful for Maschine owners, as Keir already stated :)

    "you edited your post, now no one has a clue what this is all about
    let em wonder"

    there is no wonder. The post where I asserted my belief that wasn't correct but an assumption still stands. You in fact quoted it so no worries.

    The following post of mine took up space and is redundant so I did y'all a favor.

    No. I saved the koresound, then deleted the nki and samples, and reloaded the koresound. You said elsewhere that deleting the samples was the problem. Given that TST comes with samples and you point out that others don't (as though they are monoliths essentially), I can follow that.

    They haven't got their stories straight yet.

    Kore packs don't come with monoliths. Absynth samples get installed in the Absynth folder and Kontakt samples in the Kore 2 Sample Content folder. I think you can save a monolith as a koresound but then you can't delete the monolith because the koresound doesn't keep the samples, only the presets for Kontakt :)

    I only meant that the ksd is a consolidation of content *'as though'* a monolith.
