'Invalid login' when trying to setup a new account

    I've just purchased an S2, but I can't use it because I can't create an NI account to download the software.

    I tried to create an account, and can see a 'My Account' link in the corner of the page, but clicking on this doesn't do anything, and hovering over it shows an empty popup. I've tried re-creating the account, but I get an 'Invalid login' message. I've also tried resetting my password, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

    Can anyone help please?

    I've managed to workaround this issue by:

    - Installing a demo of Traktor.
    - Using ServiceCenter to create a user account.
    - Logging into the website.
    - Re-downloading the full version of Traktor.
    - etc.
