Invalid Transfer ID Code for Komplete Select

    Hello,
    I just purchased a beautiful S61 keyboard used. The keyboard registered successfully, but I'm having trouble with the software transfer ID code that was sent to me by the seller.
    He gave me a code that has numbers AND letters, but the Service Center activation for Komplete Select will only accept numbers. Is the transfer ID code supposed to be activated elsewhere to receive a new software code?

    **Edit.
    The seller has told me that this transfer ID is for the software 'license' and is different from the activation code for Komplete Select. Any idea how to activate this transfer code?

    Log into the NI webpage with your account to get into the My Account-area. Then in the menu choose at the top right MORE -> "License Transfer" and you should see the option to import the transfer ID to your account.
