IOS 13 iMaschine issues

I updated to IOS 13 and now have lost the record sample button along with the edit sample function. Anyone else experiencing this or does anyone from NI read these posts who can say if they intend to fix this? Also, all my own imported sample library has disappeared.

 

The problems haven’t been fixed I’m still experiencing loosing files randomly.
Is NI Taking these notes? I really don’t know.. that last update was really disappointed..

 

Yeah. Unfortunately, it’s become totally unusable now as I can’t even record a sample into it or edit one that’s already in there.

we are aware that iOS 13 breaks iMASCHINE on some devices - apparently not all devices are affected. We are currently investigating the issues and surely are planning to provide a fix. However we first need to find out what exactly causes this problem in order to provide an estimate for a fix.

They’re not interested sadly, only thing you will get is sample packs because they generate a bit of €€€ for them but as far as improving the app it seems someone has made the decision that it’s not a priority.

I would pay up to €200 for a truly comprehensive limitless professional version of iMaschine. The foundations are there it just never went any further ☹️

 

I would happily pay that also for what you have mentioned. It would be perfect. Not sure why they have no interest in developing this app properly. It’s such a waste. Could be amazing and I’d gladly pay a premium to use my existing IOS devices when out of the studio.

in imaschine 2 i can‘t move the start- and endmarker in the sample edit mode anymore.

System: iPad 2018 with ios 13.1.2.

Kits not loading, sporadicically?

 

Reboot solved it.

 

Anyone addressing this? I use iMaschine2 a lot and the issues with sample editing since the upgrade to iOS 13 are still present, which is very frustrating. Now onto 13.2.3 but the issues still persist.

Hey all, I'm happy to report that we are actively working on these iMaschine issues right now. We expect to release a minor update that addresses these bugs in January 2020, latest February.

Hey! This upcoming release is focused on bugs. We are not currently planning a major feature update within the next months, but we know you are waiting on something, and we will get to it.

 

Over 4 months since this thread was started. And nothing? I can easily see myself ditching this regardless. Disappointed.

Edited to remove specific reference to another product. The wait for a fix has been frustrating.
