ipad midi interface

So the ipad is here and it would be great to use as a midi controller for all NI synths.

There's already a solution there, midipad. You can use it to create templates for each synth and so... but man it would be so great to have dedicated controllers from NI.

Eye candy GUI + more innovation beyond simply midi control. Maybe organic midi messages based on fractal patterns, or based on a multitouch pad where you can drag your fingers and change audio.

I'd definitely pay for that!

That's undoubtedly a cool idea! (+1)

However, I do not think NI should just stop there. NI should make instruments and effects specifically for the iPad. I could see, for example, making a version of Kore for the iPad or perhaps a "Reaktor Touch" or "Absynth Touch". In fact, I find it mind-boggling why NI HAS NOT embraced the iPad yet.
