I have heard rumors here and there about it being worked on, etc. I'd like to get confirmation that support for high-resolution jog wheels and motorized platters is planned and/or being worked on. Could you give me an idea of how far away it might be?

With the EKS Otus & Otus Raw, Numark V7 & NS7, VCI-300, and Stanton SCS.1D on the market supporting high-res platters, I would think this would be a high priority.

I would like to purchase one of these units for this feature, but it would be a waste of money for me to purchase this until Traktor implements support.

    Thank you.

Last time I asked this (though at the time I was referring to a specific controller, SCS.1d) in "Traktor on the Record"-session, I was able to get a "can't tell anything yet, sorry"-answer. That's pretty much as official as it gets, I think.

As for the support for motorised platters... isn't that already achievable (by using MIDI-out messages) to some extent?

Heh... Gotta love the graphics :)

    Btw. DJ van Draken,

    Regarding your YouTube-comment:
Traktor has supported the VCI-300 natively for a few versions now.
    You won't need the translator.

Ali, do you know if the VCI-300's high res jog wheels are supported as well as they are in Itch? Or did NI just build in their own midi-translator to convert the messages down?
