Is NI Chat not working for anyone else?

    Hi all.

    I have a question about a recent NI order and was hoping to chat with the support team. Previously I've been able to chat with them online using the their chat support but this week there is no chat available, the site says "All agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours"

    It's currently during the regular chat hours and attached is what I'm seeing on their site. I'm just wondering if it is my browser/OS (Safari, also tried with Chrome and got the same message so maybe it's Mac OS?) or maybe the wild fires in Calif. that are the cause.

    Is anyone else in the US seeing that their chat is down?

    Chat is online right now!!! Try clearing your Chrome cache...
