there will be enough info on youtube by other folks.... honestly maschine is not that hard to learn, super easy compared to a DAW like ableton or even fruity loops..lol.... the hardest part is probably routing your sound to a DAW but than again drag and drop is supposed to make that easier...

Doubt NI will produce anything worthwhile for their product. All they do is show clips of popular producers making beats on the Maschine, in attempts at drawing in some more customers.

You get third party tutorial vids but you tend to have to pay for the better ones. I generally find it worth it though in terms of time spent learning something.

    There is also:
    http://www.youtube.com/user/NIsupportFR
    http://www.youtube.com/user/NIsupportES
    http://www.youtube.com/user/NIsupportJP

The channels are new and will be populated with more and more videos. We're also working with third parties to provide some in-depth tutorials which should be available in the not too distant future.

And of course guys like saint joe also do a great job.

....thanks!...concerning the expansion: it is said that "...in order for them to show up in the MASCHINE 2.0 browser and be available for selection it is necessary to download product updates via Service Center..."...

but what is with 3rd party expansions? do they need to be updated as well?...
    thanks

This link does not work BTW

I was checking for tutorial apps on Maschine and I found two:

Maschine 2.0 Explored by Mo Volans

    and

    Maschine Virtuosity by Jeremy Ellis

I wonder if anyone has tried any of them and has some feedback? Will probably try both of them eventually.

I've seen a few Jeremy Ellis Maschine videos on youtube, I gather he is partnered with NI for promotion... amazing skills.

    Cheers.

They actually have a few up on Youtube. Not sure when they put them up but.. I just learned a ton of things yesterday.. and they were official NI videos.

I like them b/c it shows the screen so you can follow. Really a big help since I don't have much time to figure things out by trial and error.
