Is NI Tech Support for real???

    I emailed tech support Friday last week with a support request regarding product registration. No reply so far and this is Tuesday...

    And they are not picking up the phone either.

    The forum is obviously not the right place for this but what can I do when I am being ignored?

    Please make it right NI.

    SMFH your absolutely right i'm having the same problem and all im trying to do is have them reactivate my bundle to my new computer because my previous computer was stolen. Their very unprofessional and the U.S contact number is useless

    Ah, well, for me it was the German number, calling from the UK. So, we know it's a worldwide policy then.

    Finally, I got through by phone and after a bit of queuing (not crazy long), my registration issue was sorted out with promptness and courtesy. Credit where it is due to the person at the end of the phone line. Emails remain unanswered, but that has become irrelevant.

    The online technical support of NI is completely obsolete and damages the image of this company.
    Into believing that the online portion is completely foreign to the one that delivers hardware provided by NI.
    And clearly seen from the time it lasts (given the dates of the various posts in the forums), it does not seem to bother the company.
    Lame.
