    Absolutely!

The package comes with two versions- the plug-in versions (which you would use) and the ensemble files (used by Reaktor). Fear not! The only thing you might want to be aware of is that EI2XT won't be given a UB update however, I have read that EI2XT users will be given a discount offer for Reaktor.

thanks for the answer! i'm not worried about ub because i'm on a pc, but is this a dead product line? if i got reaktor instead, are these elctronic instruments included in it's library?

No problem- I was wondering the same thing and I ended up buying both products.

As it stands now, no- Reaktor does not include the EI2XT instruments and I think they are really worth the money- hence I bought both of them.

I also love having them as a plugin because it means I don't have to also run Reaktor to host them. I wish I could do that with all my Reaktor creations!

Limelite is truly in a class of it's own and I haven't seen any other Reaktor instruments like it. The whole package is phenom! I for one am very sad that there will be no UB update- I just bought an Intel Mac. I should be able to use them again once they come out with the Reaktor UB update, but only through Reaktor.

    Cheers,
    Matt C
