Is Reaktor Player 5.7 online? problem should no be fixed

I couldn't find any mistakes in the update manger's product relations settings.

We looked into your account. Is it possible that you downloaded REAKTOR PLAYER on another account, with another email address? That would be my only explanation how this could have happened.

I would like to propose that you try to re-download Reaktor Player here:

Please use your email address of your NI account. After installing REAKTOR PLAYER you should find it in the overview tab of the Service Center and in your account on the NI website (http://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials/)

If this doesn't solve your problem I would suggest you should contact support. Maybe they are able to find the cause of this problem.
