Exactly. Fruity loops also did the same after few versions. But with independent group's scene I'd already be happy enough. But yes a real audio track is always needed wich is why I am more and more doing routed projects between Live and Maschine.... Also the more I use the maschine studio Ableton template and the more I love it... So nicely done...

....at which point, the Maschine will surpass the Push as the best way to work in arrangement mode via a controller.
    Well here's to hope.

In the mean time does anyone know of a good VST which allows you to integrate audio in Machine?

I use serrato sampler if I don't want to use a daw, can be a good workaround....

I also use Serato Sample. Its quite simple but powerful. However, for (full?) audio editing Logic is my best friend

I am a long time live user and the 10 update is relatively incredible now for editing, great new features, keyboards shortcuts etc....

It's real simple. Fix bugs that people have been talking about for years, then nobody has to discuss the same issues over and over again year after year after year after year after year.

Is this update going to work with the MK1 or has the final stand already been?

Really.. what bugs? Regression or long term?
How many more years should we be patient?
    Where is this information from?

In anyway, as far as I can remember, any hardware machine had its limitations and was always part of a setup.
That was the first intent of this software who has an incredible sound engine that sound amazing for a software (almost like a machine) and I trying now to be a full daw which in return rise a lot of expectations from its customers.

I personally think I know what to expect or not from this software at the minute, the same as Ableton still not handle VST3 even if it has been long awaited. I think none of the tools we use are perfect or self sufficient. They all have a purpose and have to be integrated in the best possible way regarding what they have to offer, knowing that they are always improving (quick enough is not really the point)
Also having this maschine software plus all the instruments that are included when you buy one of the hardware makes it an incredible. It was for me anyway as I've never been able to buy expensive gear and I am happy with all I can access and achieve for the value... We are never happy anyway and always want more this is how we improve isn't it? Not sure about that lol..

In the output section you can find the level and pan knobs that can be automated.
Another nice trick for panning is to use the Lfo section of the sampler, can also give good results

Did anyone notice that mute switch that can be automated but that actualy do no mute the sound... Or maybe it is me who couldn't get it to work?? Any thoughts on this anyone could figure this out?
