I'm controlling the vibrato during playback via mod wheel automation, but I want to edit the vibrato, change it to my own preference, is it possible with Kontakt?
If it is possible, how can I get to vibrato properties in Kontakt?

It would depend what instrument you're using, as different manufacturers might have implemented and simulated vibrato in various ways. But the short answer is that what you see available to you in the interface is probably all you are going to get for that particular instrument.

you can also go to the "edit mode" (click the wrench, up left) and see if the instrument you use allows modulation editing. It might be sample based, so if it jhas been recorded with this type of vibrato...

Also you can try this french video to simulate vibrato on any intrument :

I'm talking about Kontakt's Irish flute.
If I change the PB Range does it affect the vibrato\modulation?

No, that's just pitch bend range.

Since you're talking about irish flute from Kontakt factory library, you're in luck. It's not sampled vibrato, so all you need to do is enter instrument edit mode, select groups 1 and 3 for editing (make sure the checkbox to the left of group names is checked - but NOT for the Release group!), and then scroll down to Modulation section and edit the multi LFO that modulates volume to your content.

What parameter do I need to change in order to control the vibrato speed?

It's pretty obvious, give it a wild guess :)

Also read the manual to know a bit more about Kontakt's instrument edit mode, or at least enable the info line in Kontakt so you get contextual help when hovering above a control...
