    Hello people,

    As the title says, is there a way to undo "batch resave" for a particular library?

    Thanks,

    No. Only if you copied the NKI/NKM files beforehand.

    Thanks EvilDragon, ok. One more question;
    What are "update" and "reset and rescan" buttons do ate database section of Kontakt 5? Should we do that periodically? For example after updating to 5.6?

    What changes did you make by doing the Batch Resave?

    I don't know but it messed up. I copied original nki from download folder, it worked. I'll try it again.

    OK, Let me rephrase that - why do you need / want to run the Batch Resave?

    What problem are you running into? And which library is it?

    Reviving an ancient thread, I did a batch resave from the top of my NI content hierarchy,
    to get all my NI products at once, as I had read someplace that this is safe for NI products
    (all sample names unique).

    Oops.

    My pianos (Una Corda, Giant, Gentleman) are now messed up, every 10th
    note sounds like a reversed sample from Una Corda, randomly and not
    repeatably.

    I'll try the advice here, as I do have backups, just wanted to convey a reason why
    someone might be asking this question.

    Yeah never ever do a batch resave on more than one library at a time, even if libraries are from NI!
