Is there a way to use 4 decks with an SL1... stream two decks to one pair of RCAs?

No, you can either send all Decks to one Channel or each Track to a different Channel.

 

Couldn't you send things out in mono?

 

That would then be sending every deck out a seperate channe, but you'd have 2 tunes playing on the right side of the club and the other two on the left side.
