Issue with Stems :-(

Hi there,

I've just created my first stem-files, but for some reason they do not properly work in Traktor Pro2. I've bounced 4 subgroups from Logic as wav-files, as well as the master file, loaded them into the stem-creator, and exported them. Having completed the process, I got an mp4 file of my track, which I can play back as a normal stereo file on my mac. However, once I analyse the mp4 file and load it into one of my traktor decks, it only plays back 1 subgroup of the 4 that I used to create the stem file - and the other 3 subgroups/stems are muted. This is really odd and I don't have the faintest clue what to do now. Please help

That's what my stem file folder looks like (4 tracks, premaster track, and the final mp4 stemfile)

 

What controller are you using to play stems?
Have you played any other stems?
If the mapping is messed up maybe muted?
If all is working with other stems then my guess is that somehow the export of the stems parts was incomplete. Try playing each wav file part. Also in the Stem file creator load all stems and toggle that switch that is labled master/stem to make sure everything is playing correctly.
When all is working export again but I always start fresh by deleting the json files and mp4 that was created before.

I had some parts muted as well on a couple tracks when I double checked the files I had accidentally exported the Stem parts wrong and was actually missing my synths.
