Issues w/ Kontakt and Logic Pro

    When I open Kontakt or any other program in Komplete 9 and try to load any instrument, it tells me the patch is encrypted and will not work until properly registered. In the service center, it states all products activated. I have contacted NI and they have asked twice for more info and screen shots. I have sent the screen shot and attached it here as well. I have looked around on here for a while and have not seen a similar problem. Can someone point me to that thread or tell me how to fix it. Any help is appreciated! thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    it looks like you are trying to load a patch from Session Strings Pro. Please check the library tab and check wether this or the library you are loading patches from is present in the library tab. If not use "add library" and activate it. This should fix it.

    Thank you for the help! I just had to locate all the libraries on my HD and add them. If NI isn't paying you they should be! I may even consider upgrading to to 10 thanks to you.

    I am wondering how the database was able to be built if the library had not been Added. Or had the libraries been Added previously and, for some reason, disappeared?
