Issues with content update in non-standard location

I have the majority of my NI products content stored on an audio drive, i.e. G:\Native Instruments\ scarbee, abbey roads, etc. So reaktor and kontakt libs all live there.

When using access it seemed to update any plugins that needed it, which in my case was only driver which updated fine. When it got to funk guitarist and one of the other scarbee libraries it said it couldnt find the product. I changed my prefs to point to my location and access does show those 2 products listed as owned and installed under the 'Installed Products' tab.
