Issues with low timecode signal

Hi everyone,
First time on here, and i wasnt sure which forum/thread to put this on, as the one i was going to use had been archived.

I am running traktor audio 6 and a traktor kontrol x1 with stanton str8150 decks.

So.. the problem... Its saying i have low timecode signal and/or quality when trying to run on my laptop, which has been running it fine previously. i have checked the needle weight and it is ok, however it is coming up with grey fuzzy circles on the timecode setup menu.

I know the setup works ok, as I have tried it on another laptop with no problems, however i need it to run on this one, as it has all my music on, and its going to be an arse to move it all.

Wondering if it is a processing issue with this laptop?
