Issues with traktor pro 2 and Windows 10

I have just taken the jump and upgraded to windows 10. I had Win 7 and Traktor Pro2.
I had ver 2.6 and I had found reports that Ver 10 would work with any NI software.
In my products, I had downloaded the only one listed, 2.10 and after installing it, when i go to launch, it first asked to copy old settings. but then nothing appears, launches.
I uninstalled and tried again, but now and ever since, it doesn't ask about any old settings and it doesn't launch. check in task manager and it shows there. the only way to end that task is to completely shut down the laptop.

I have a gig tomorrow and another one next week. I thought that it was ok to do, since I had even waited since Aug to even do this upgrade to make sure that I had seen that it was ok even after this length of time.

Did anyone, have some sort of similar issue?
I even tried to delete (as best I can) in the registry, but it didn't work.

NI, I have downloaded the 2.10 version, is there a possible link for a 2.9, or a version that does work with Windows 10?
