It have been 2 weeks, NI didn't send my product yet...

    Hello everyone,
    I live in Asia. This is my first time to order a product from NI directly.
    At December 6, During the Thanksgiving discount, I bought a Komplete Ultimate product Box,
    I receive a order confirmation from NI after 4 days later...but there was nothing from them since that email.

    I also connected to NI's service one week ago, but they didn't reply me yet,
    Do you bros have the same problem before?
    Is that a normal situation?

    I don't really mind my product delayed if they are really busy during the holiday time.
    All I afraid is that they missed my order ticket, I spend my money and wait for nothing.

    anyone can help me?

    Hi,

    Just received yesterday my komplete ultimate crossgrade, also through the discount. I live in the Netherlands close by Germany. SO i guess the delivery just started.

    Sent first a note to Native where they apologize that due to a lot off selling products they were not able to response quickly.
    The replied that the delivery would take about 4 days through UPS.
    And yes it did.
    So i can imagine 1 week because of the X-mas holidays they will sent you a notification of delivery.
    If not sent them an email with your support number! They are a reliable company!
