its all gone a bit pete tong

i have been running traktor and a vms 4 with no probs.....until now!

as i do a lot of live mash ups i use all 4 decks in traktor all the time with no problems, till the other day when decks 3 & 4 (c&d) decided not to work via the vms4...

if i click them into start via the mouse I still get problems.......

no audio from deck 4 (D), and deck 3 (C) will only output audio on the channel assigned to deck 2 (B).......

i have checked all audio routings and nothing seems to be wrong there....:angry:

I have reinstalled the tsi file and no difference...also tried other tsi files that i know work OK but still Nada........

is there a master default tsi over riding my set-up?

any ideas or suggestions?

have a look at your settings, in the "routing" tab.
probably something`s messed up in there

that was the first thing i checked.......but its all as it should be!

i even made a new tsi file last night, but still no worky

does any one know if there is a backup / default tsi file hidden within the operating system of the pc that is over riding my settings ?

I can't help because I use four decks but don't use four soundcards. Like you, I specialise in mashups though so if you put a URL in your profile I'd like to check out if you have any traktor mashups uploaded.

 

have you checked if the vms4 is on midilog for ch 1 and 4
