iTunes/Traktor: problems in upgrading

    Hi.
    I read the music I play with Traktor, using iTunes. Every time I upgrade the iTunes application, the first time I restart the application, something moves in my library and...sometimes...I loose files (they are on my HD but not in the Traktor library; unfortunately the missed tracks are not highlighted....).

    How can I avoid this?
