I'm pretty excited for the new F1 controller. I've got my S2, and maschine synced, and I'm ready to F*ck Sh^t up!

now only if I knew what the hell I am doing...lol....reading helps.... I'm fairly new to the electronic music scene. I Spent the last 10 years playing in death metal bands, kinda weird eh?

so you'd be able to spice up dance tracks with some nice guitar riffs :D

not exactly death metal, but see what bassnectar did to metallica:

there must be a zillion nirwana dance remixes (some awful, some good), just as idea for a start how to combine your old world with your new one... :)

I'll bet there are some fab Carcass or Morbid Angel riffs you could sample :D
I played rythm and lead in a death metal band years ago aswell, sort of explains the neck problems I have now.

I checked out that new Morbid angel remix album. Not really a fan of it, but I have to say there are a few good moments on that record though. You ever listen to genghis tron.. pretty cool mixture of electronic music and grindcore?

you mean the moldover video... yep, same software, nearly the same hardware but oh so different from the shiftee video.

traktor is only a tool that opens the door for individual ideas wide open!

Not been a fan of morbid angel for years really, I loved blessed are the sick but after that I think they went a bit downhill. Still listen to Carcass, Napalm Death and Entombed quite a bit. I reckon you could load a bunch of those riffs into an F1 remix deck and with the fx available make some crazy sounds:)

If you play guitar in a metal band, you should add your guitar to your DJ set. It would be awesome. :)

    Maschine Mikro and 3 F-1's?

Do I need a s4 or s2 and or can I use maschine mikro and a f-1 with this tractor 2.5?
I was thinking of doing a set up with 3 f1-1's one for each remix deck and 1 deck running my machine mikro / any thoughts ? all are great because I have no clue as to really set this up just the idea of what I think I might be able to do if my math is right LOL ! I was a head Bangers Ball Fan Too! and getting into Dubstep from production of Break beat and dance.
