Jog wheels currently pitch bend when track is playing.
I want to be able to scratch and cannot work it out.

    Have tried:

    - toggling page button
    - updating drivers for omni control (Driver 2.0.2, Firmware 1.0.2k1)
    - importing "OmniControl - One-touch-scratching using Traktor Pro.tsi" (which caused problems and so I reset to defaults)
    - restarts/reinstalls
    - looking for updates via NI Service Center

I note that in Preferences, under Controller Manager I only have 2 options: Generic Keyboard and Generic Midi.

    I'm rocking a:
    MacBook Pro Intel 2.6
    OSX 10.6.8

If you changed the .tsi file then the new .tsi file may not have scratch functionality setup in the mapping.

it doesn't flash, but it does light up when i'm spinning the jog wheels, and goes out when they stop.

    loool

Okay, the indicator says your omni controll is sending data to the software,
so please verify which tsi file you have imported, can you make a screenshot with an open drop down menue in the preferences window?

If you have deleted every external controller setting, import the default "Numark Omni Control" tsi

hey, there is no "NUMARK OMNI Control", this is a wrong setting it fits another NUMARK device. Delete that and import the "NUMARK OMNI CONTROL" .tsi file!
