Just bought komplete classics/ nothing works!

hey all

im working in logic 8 on a mac osx.
so it seems like my activation has gone all wrong. Every time i start a new project and load one of four instruments, it asks me to active again.
The komplete classics activation comes up i follow the procedure and everything seems to look like it works. Until you look at the individual instruments and find that only the B4 and Pro 53 where activated.
However when i get back to logic i can use all the instruments just fine.
Thats is until i start recording , then all the sound drops out. I got a hole 10 min of use today. Damit..
Ive loaded all the up dates but still nothing. Ive registered a complaint with NI buts still waiting for a reply.
Is there any one out there with is problem?
Is it worth me waiting for a reply or should i just try and get my money back?

I too am having trouble. Installation went okay but I never got a password from Service Center. I forgot I had this account already set up (augh!) so when I set up my account with Service Center it said that an email with a password would be sent to me. Not only did I not get an email with a password, it apparently wiped out my existing password for the forums because I can't use it to login from the main page. I never logged out of the forums so I can still post, but I can't change my password. Frustrating! It appears that NI has no tech support on the weekends.

 

It's a bug with the Mac installer, sorry to say. Contact support; they'll send you serial numbers to plug into the Service Center.

Matthias sent me an email about the server problem. I was able to get KC activated but AP & EP aren't activated yet, and yes I am a Mac user. I am on hold with them right now - 2nd in line. I'm sure it will all work out okay

SOMEWHAT LATER - I got serial numbers from Nate at Cust Support in LA and now Komplete Classics is working in stand-alone. I'll try it in Logic tomorrow.

 

Works in Logic just fine. Appears I am now good to go.

I think that NI should have weekend support; the server problem would've been corrected earlier, and once I talked to Matthias and Nate at Support they were able to get me up and running in no time.
