Solved Just Bought New Maschine Mkiii, No Mashine software when I registered it

    Just bought a brand new Maschine mkiii from Guitar Center. Opened it up to register it and get the software installed. After registering the code found on the card in the box, it said it successfully registered and to check for un downloaded products in NA. But, no Maschine software is there. I tried again and refreshed NA. Still nothing there.

    Says Mashine Mkiii HW is in my registered products page once I put in the serial number.

    I already have select from my Komplete Kontrol Mkii keyboard. But I really need that Maschine 2 software and Maschine library.

    Already contacted support a couple days ago, and have not gotten help.

    Is this something just to sit and wait for support to solve? I'm almost certain I bought a brand new unit, that wasn't used. Otherwise G-Center woulda said so. Just hoping it's not a big issue.

    If not already, a few options you could try in case it is just a glitch:

    Log out of Native Access and your NI account
    Close NA (and your browser if required)
    Start NA and enter the HW serial again
    Alternatively, you could try registering it here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/hardware-registration/ after logging in

    Just try it out. :)

    Hi Zach,

    It's a bit hard to guess without having a closer look at your account but it could be that you were sold a returned unit and GC did not communicate the proper licenses attached to the product.
