Just ordered Komplete 10 online, hope it comes in time to use vouchers on Razor 5 day sale

If I buy Razor and Molekular and Mouth now, when i recieve my vouchers with Komplete, will they be backwards compatable as I may not get them before the 5 day sale? how much are the vouchers worth that I will I recieve?

 

Did you ever figure this out? I've been waiting 5 days for mine from purchasing Maschine

As far as I know, the e-vouchers can't be used on products which are already on sale.

May I ask you something? After you ordered Komplete 10 online can you download the separate components and start working or you are forced to wait the full package? I was thinking to buy Complete 10 ultimate but I am disappointed there is no a download option so I have to wait more than 10 days and pay 100$ for shipment and probably also a consistent custom fee because it comes on a hard drive and I am living in China.

You can normally download all the Komplete DVDs directly from your account:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
Then scroll down until you see KOMPLETE 10 and click Download.

I only have Komplete 10 and not Komplete 10 Ultimate, but I think you'll be able to download the same content from that section. (It actually lists all the products I ever bought from NI so I don't see why you wouldn't have it.)

You may want to find a retailer in China instead. Did you check there already?

Wow, thanks so much for the detailed answer, I will try to find the way to get the downloads before the package is coming. About the local dealer I can tell, is horrible, I will never buy something there, the company is good in Hong Kong but totally unprofessional in the Chinese mainland!

NO, the other answer is incorrect. I learned this the hard way. They changed this after Komplete 9.

With Komplete 10, the "serial number is inside the box", so you do NOT gain access to download the DVD ISOs upon ordering the Box. You won't have access to them until after receiving the box, and logging on, and entering the serial number that is inside the box.

I learned this the hard way, because I have a Macbook Retina that does not have a DVD drive, and I assumed I would order the box, then it would show up in my user page, and I would download it, and just save the box for later in case I ever needed it. I learned this was wrong and cancelled my order. NI support explained it to me. It used to work like this prior to Komplete 10, but they changed it. Why did they change it for the worse? I have no idea. It's really stupid. More people have computers without DVD drives, and more people have high-bandwidth connections and lots of disk space, so file size is no issue at all. They made a really backwards move on this. All they have done is encourage piracy. I am just waiting on them to offer a digital download version–$500 is already a lot for a musician to spend; I shouldn't have to spend another $100 for an external DVD drive that I will use a single time just for this product; that is ridiculous.
