Just purchased U-He Diva from NI offer, can't download can't enter license...

    I've got U-He diva with NI discount a few hours ago.
    It doesn't appear in my native access, tried to download Diva and enter license directly, didn't work either...
    Tried to enter the license to native access, was not recognized(although native access should recognize new products automatically...).

    Need support, please fix it...
